Construction-Permanent Loan Program

Our construction-permanent loan is a single loan with one closing and two phases that allows a borrower to finance the construction of a new home or renovate an existing home. Construction funds are advanced based on a pre-determined schedule and interest is paid only on funds advanced. The loan converts to a permanent loan upon completion of construction, without a second closing.

Guidelines include:

• Primary and Second/Vacation Homes
• Up to a 9-month Construction Period
• Up to 90% (loan to value) Financing
• Interest Only During Construction
• Permanent Loan for up to 30 Years
• Soft Costs and Closing Costs can be Financed
• Easy Builder Approval
• Flexible Draw Schedule
• Unlimited Draws Allowed
